At any given time, there are thousands of real estate listings, and many more being quietly marketed through off-market transactions. By using our proprietary algorithm, we can winnow down the large list to those most likely to outperform. We focus our attention on those opportunities.

Forecasting Investment Income

We mine data from over 50 different sources and apply artificial intelligence to better measure and predict how rentable a specific unit at a specific location is, how much downtime to expect, the length of lease and the concessions, in order to accurately price units and then predict rental yields.
